Nemaha County Dementia Fund

Debbie Tangeman established this fund in loving memory of her family members touched by this disease.

This fund is being set up to provide funding to local long term care facilities, hospitals, or home health agencies which services individuals with Dementia.  The funds must go to purchasing items to enhance activities for individuals with Dementia or Dementia related training for staff.  To be eligible prospective recipients must be located in Nemaha County.
