First Centralia Community Church Scholarships Awarded

Centralia Community Church Scholarship Fund was established to support and encourage the Christian community in Centralia, Kansas. The first scholarship recipients, receiving $500 each, are Drew Gibbs, Marcus Heinen, Brock Reinecke, and Derek Ronnebaum of Centralia High School.

Drew Gibbs is the son of Jay and Emily Gibbs and plans to attend Washburn Tech. He is still undecided on his major. Marcus Heinen is the son of Ron and Chantel Heinen and plans to attend The University of Kansas majoring in human biology. Brock Reinecke is the son of Brad and Janet Reinecke and plans to attend Kansas State University majoring in electrical engineering. Derek Ronnebaum is the son of Brent and Kara Ronnebaum and plans to attend Kansas University majoring in aerospace engineering. Congratulations.
